1、隱瞞真實個人資料的不誠實者
簡歷是求職的第一步，只有面試官對你的簡歷有興趣才會通知你面試。在簡歷中適當?shù)赝怀鰝�人特點，體現(xiàn)出自己適合這項工作，吸引HR眼球是明智的。然而，簡 歷千萬不能有隱瞞個人真實情況或欺騙面試官的做法，否則會給面試官留下不誠實的印象，而這一印象也就決定了無論你能力再強，也不可能被考慮。因為，對于公 司來說，品格對于一個員工來說是更為重要的。
