外國人來華所需材料：
1、邀請(qǐng)信。邀請(qǐng)單位向被邀請(qǐng)人發(fā)出的邀請(qǐng)信(中文原件)，內(nèi)容包括邀請(qǐng)外國人來銅事由、在銅停留時(shí)間、日程和費(fèi)用安排。
2、被邀請(qǐng)人護(hù)照復(fù)印件。
3、被邀請(qǐng)人個(gè)人簡歷。
4、外國專家來華工作許可證的原件、復(fù)印件或外國人來華就業(yè)許可證原件、復(fù)印件(申請(qǐng)來華工作簽證須提供)。
5、經(jīng)營活動(dòng)證明。邀請(qǐng)外國人來銅從事經(jīng)貿(mào)活動(dòng)的，須提供從事經(jīng)營或相關(guān)活動(dòng)的證明，如進(jìn)出口單據(jù)、完稅證明、購銷合同等。
6、被邀請(qǐng)人訪銅日程(申請(qǐng)來華訪問簽證須提供)。
7、被邀請(qǐng)人在銅期間的住宿證明。(酒店訂單)
8、邀請(qǐng)單位企業(yè)營業(yè)執(zhí)照復(fù)印件。
9、邀請(qǐng)單位出具的'保證書(內(nèi)容包括被邀請(qǐng)人在華期間產(chǎn)生的所有費(fèi)用能夠得到有效保證，邀請(qǐng)單位將敦促、監(jiān)督被邀請(qǐng)人遵守中國法律法規(guī)并按時(shí)離境，并由法人代表親筆簽名)。
10、邀請(qǐng)單位所在縣(區(qū))政府出具的正式報(bào)告。
辦理流程：
1、各邀請(qǐng)單位需明確邀請(qǐng)外國人的法律責(zé)任，并詳細(xì)真實(shí)地準(zhǔn)備好全部材料，《外國人入境審批表》需公司法人本人簽名并蓋公章。
2、邀請(qǐng)單位持《外國人入境審批表》和相關(guān)文件到所在鎮(zhèn)(街)政府審批，一般是通過鎮(zhèn)(街)的外經(jīng)辦(局)報(bào)送該鎮(zhèn)(街)主管外經(jīng)的鎮(zhèn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)審批。如獲批準(zhǔn)，鎮(zhèn)(街)主管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)需在《外國人入境審批表》加具意見和簽名，并加蓋鎮(zhèn)政府公章。
3、經(jīng)過所在鎮(zhèn)(街)政府審批后，把上述全部材料提交至市外事局簽證科，市外事局簽證科會(huì)根據(jù)團(tuán)組的具體實(shí)際情況按照省外辦要求進(jìn)行材料審核，填妥《邀請(qǐng)確認(rèn)函》，函請(qǐng)省外辦審發(fā)。
4、省外辦在收到報(bào)送材料后，在規(guī)定的工作日內(nèi)審發(fā)《邀請(qǐng)確認(rèn)函》，并將《邀請(qǐng)確認(rèn)函》寄回市外事局;
5.邀請(qǐng)單位通過我局網(wǎng)站公布的辦理結(jié)果，前往市外事局簽證科免費(fèi)領(lǐng)取《邀請(qǐng)確認(rèn)函》原件，并通過正確的方式轉(zhuǎn)交申請(qǐng)人，在其申辦簽證時(shí)使用。
