大家好！很榮幸能在這里和大家交流、匯報(bào)，但本人水平有限，有不當(dāng)之處，敬請(qǐng)各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和老師批評(píng)指正。
對(duì)于英語(yǔ)，我是個(gè)門(mén)外漢，沒(méi)有接受過(guò)系統(tǒng)的課程培訓(xùn)，底子也很薄，所以剛開(kāi)始接三個(gè)班的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作時(shí)，我感到壓力很大，真的有點(diǎn)無(wú)從著手，盡管自己起早貪黑，忙忙碌碌的做了大量的工作，但效果不佳，同學(xué)們的成績(jī)也不理想。付出與收獲不成正比，當(dāng)時(shí)我非常的苦惱，但學(xué)校英語(yǔ)教師緊缺，我也只好迎難而上了。
痛定思痛，我對(duì)自己做了深刻的反思，并從以下幾個(gè)方面改進(jìn)、開(kāi)展教育教學(xué)工作。
一、通過(guò)各種渠道提升自己的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)水平。
學(xué)校趙校長(zhǎng)高度重視本校英語(yǔ)教學(xué)，針對(duì)本校英語(yǔ)教師都由非專業(yè)教師擔(dān)任的現(xiàn)狀，他每學(xué)期都會(huì)想辦法創(chuàng)造機(jī)會(huì)讓我們英語(yǔ)組的教師走出去，觀摩、學(xué)習(xí)優(yōu)秀教師的展示課，專家教師的講座、培訓(xùn)等，耳濡目染，輸入先進(jìn)的教學(xué)方法和教育理念。每位教師每學(xué)期至少上一節(jié)公開(kāi)課，開(kāi)誠(chéng)布公，取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短，共同提高。
盡管本校英語(yǔ)教師都由非專業(yè)教師擔(dān)任，但我校英語(yǔ)組是一
個(gè)精誠(chéng)合作、銳意進(jìn)取的團(tuán)隊(duì)。在教學(xué)中遇到的困惑我們都會(huì)查閱各種資料并及時(shí)的進(jìn)行交流、探討，資源共享，以保證自己的教學(xué)準(zhǔn)確、高效、融會(huì)貫通。
二、優(yōu)化方法，關(guān)注教學(xué)過(guò)程。
1.Let’slearn教學(xué)。
從教材的編排順序看，每部分Let’slearn之前都有兩組課前熱身的內(nèi)容，我讓同學(xué)們利用熟悉的句型學(xué)習(xí)與此句型相關(guān)的新詞匯，盡量做到“詞不離句，句不離境”的教學(xué)理念。如六年級(jí)上冊(cè)第一單元在學(xué)習(xí)日�；顒�(dòng)短語(yǔ)之前，第一組熱身以Whatdoyoudoeveryday?復(fù)習(xí)以前學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)的短語(yǔ)。第二組熱身以Whattimedoyouusuallydosomething?復(fù)習(xí)時(shí)間的表達(dá)方法。做了充分的鋪墊之后，新詞匯的學(xué)習(xí)就輕松多了。在學(xué)習(xí)新詞匯的過(guò)程中，我采用的方法主要有；（1)利用實(shí)物、圖片、表情、動(dòng)作、多媒體課件等教學(xué)詞匯。（2）利用Listenanddo活動(dòng)，鞏固操練詞匯。這種方法主要適用于動(dòng)詞及動(dòng)詞短語(yǔ)以及能形象表達(dá)的詞匯。（3）滲透語(yǔ)音教學(xué)。通過(guò)大量的練習(xí)與積累，讓學(xué)生掌握常見(jiàn)字母及字母組合在單詞中的發(fā)音規(guī)律，基本做到見(jiàn)詞能讀，聽(tīng)音能寫(xiě)。
2.Let’stalk及Let’slearnmore教學(xué).
對(duì)話是小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的重點(diǎn)之一，是融入核心句型和詞匯的一個(gè)重要載體。在教學(xué)時(shí)我經(jīng)常嘗試以下方法：（1）利用身邊真實(shí)的生活情景教學(xué)真實(shí)的語(yǔ)言。如在教授IhaveabagA部
分Let’stalk時(shí)，我指著一名學(xué)生的書(shū)包問(wèn);“Wow!Anewschoolbag!What’sinyourbag?”教師疑問(wèn)的表情加上看的動(dòng)作，使學(xué)生很容易就理解了這句話，對(duì)回答有困難的學(xué)生，我?guī)退ㄋ┠贸鲆槐緯?shū)，如“AnEnglishbook...”并示意說(shuō)出其他書(shū)和文具的名字。練習(xí)幾次之后我設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)Guessinggame的游戲來(lái)提高學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。比如：“Wow,Her/Hisbagisbeautiful.What’sinher/hisbag?Canyouguess?”用這種方法可以提高學(xué)生練習(xí)對(duì)話的頻率，學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)起來(lái)既輕松又有效。（2）合理利用教學(xué)資源，豐富對(duì)話教學(xué).在課堂教學(xué)中，有時(shí)要受到時(shí)空的限制，無(wú)法把真實(shí)情景帶到課堂。在這種情況下，我會(huì)運(yùn)用教材配套的資源包，再現(xiàn)教學(xué)情境，做到聲像結(jié)合，圖文并茂。并在操練環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)“我是小演員”或“我是小小配音員”等有趣的活動(dòng)，以此來(lái)激發(fā)學(xué)生參與的熱情，提高學(xué)習(xí)效果。（3）Let’slearnmore部分教學(xué)與閱讀和作文教學(xué)相結(jié)合。六年級(jí)兩冊(cè)課本Let’slearnmore部分絕大多數(shù)以短文方式呈現(xiàn)，在初步感知文本時(shí)，我會(huì)出示相應(yīng)的問(wèn)題培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的閱讀習(xí)慣。如在學(xué)習(xí)六年級(jí)上冊(cè)第三單元Let’slearnmore部分短文Carefor“motherearth”時(shí),我在白板上出示的問(wèn)題是這樣的：Question1:Whatbadthingsdowedotoourearth?Question2:Whatshouldwedo?
讓學(xué)生帶著問(wèn)題聽(tīng)、讀短文，了解短文大意，增強(qiáng)閱讀水平。

Christmas Day
Christmas Day falls on the twenty-fifth of December. It is a very happy day for many boys and girls . Before the term ends in some schools , the children act a nativity or “birth” play, showing how Jesus was born in a stable.
On the twenty-fourth of December, all children are very excited. Usually they are sent to bed early so that their parents can get the presents ready. The younger children think that Father Christmas will come down the chimney or fireplace , so they hang up a sock for him to put presents in. The greedy ones even hang up a pillow-case or a sack to try to get more presents. Later that night, Father or Mother will put presents in the sock, and leave others at the side of the bed.
On Christmas morning, the children wake up very early. Some even turn on the light at two o'clock, and most of them are awake by six o'clock although it is not light in England for another hour or two at this time of the year.Children look for their presents , and the young ones play while the dinner is prepared. At about one o'clock in the afternoon, the Christmas dinner is brought in . The turkey or chicken is quickly eaten . Children search in their Christmas pudding for new coins which are hidden in it . The rest of the day is full of games and eating until the happiest of all Christmas hollidays comes to an end.

My name’s ***. I’m from NO.4 middle school. I am in Class 4, Grade 6. I’m eleven years old. Today, it is a great honor for me to be here and make a speech. My topic is “When I grow up”.
Spring is a colorful season, the weather is always sunny, the birds are singing in the sky. If I have a pair of wings, I want to fly with the birds, fly into my beautiful dreams…
Twenty years later, I wanna be a principal. I think that’s a good job. Do you think so?
My school is in a beautiful forest. The air is fresh, the sky is blue. There is a mountain around it. There is a river across it; you can see some paths and a big playground.
In my school, the children go to school at nine o'clock; they just have three classes in the morning. We have seven subjects. They are Maths, Chinese, English, P.E, Science, Art and Music.
In the afternoon, they have no classes, they can play games, eat fruits in the forest, and they can feed animals, catch butterflies, too.
In my school, teachers are kind and patient, they are all hardworking, and so they get many cross-generation friends. In my school, children are joyful and happy; they have no homework every day. So they can read books what they want to. They can watch cartoons on TV. They can sing and dance to the music.
My dear friends, When I grow up, I want to be a teacher, when I grow up, I want to be a doctor of philosophy, When I grow up, I want to be a good principal, because I want to give the children love, happiness and help them build a wonderful childhood. I think my dream is beautiful, my dream is powerful. I will try my best to make it come true. Please believe me! So what’s your dream? Could you tell me?
