第八條 乙方保證按本協(xié)議書(shū)第二條、第三條的規(guī)定，在國(guó)外努力完成學(xué)業(yè)，并按期回
國(guó)服務(wù)。留學(xué)期間每 個(gè)月向甲方報(bào)告一次學(xué)習(xí)情況。
第九條 乙方抵達(dá)留學(xué)所在國(guó)后，一個(gè)月內(nèi)中國(guó)駐該國(guó)使、領(lǐng)館報(bào)到。乙方在國(guó)外期間，保證遵守中國(guó)法律和中國(guó)對(duì)出國(guó)留學(xué)人員的規(guī)定，遵守所在國(guó)的法律。
第十條 乙方無(wú)論因何種理由中止、延長(zhǎng)留學(xué)期限或改變留學(xué)內(nèi)容，均應(yīng)至少提前三個(gè)月通過(guò)中國(guó)駐留學(xué)所在國(guó)使、領(lǐng)館向甲方提出書(shū)面申請(qǐng)，未經(jīng)甲方批準(zhǔn)，不得改變。
第十一條 乙方留學(xué)期滿回國(guó)后，應(yīng)在一個(gè)月內(nèi)向甲方報(bào)到，按甲方規(guī)定辦理有關(guān)手續(xù)。乙方根據(jù)本協(xié)議書(shū)第三條的規(guī)定，向甲方提交書(shū)面的留學(xué)總結(jié)、學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告（或科研論文、科研成果報(bào)告）。

乙方違反本協(xié)議書(shū)時(shí)，甲方將根據(jù)乙方違約情況，對(duì)乙方批評(píng)教育，或給予行政處分，或停止公費(fèi)待遇，或停薪留職，或要求乙方賠償損失；必要時(shí)，甲方可將乙方違約的事實(shí)通知乙方留學(xué)所在國(guó)的有關(guān)部門或個(gè)人，或向司法機(jī)關(guān)起訴，追究乙方的法律責(zé)任。
第十五條 經(jīng)甲方同意，由（姓名、性別、出生年月、工作單位、職務(wù)）
為乙方出國(guó)留學(xué)的國(guó)內(nèi)保證人、保證乙方執(zhí)行本協(xié)議書(shū)。保證人須與乙方經(jīng)常保持聯(lián)系，每半年向甲方介紹乙方執(zhí)行協(xié)議書(shū)的情況；如乙方違約，保證人須認(rèn)真協(xié)助甲方追究乙方的責(zé)任。在乙方違約而保證人又未履行自己職責(zé)的情況下，保證人須承擔(dān)本人經(jīng)濟(jì)收入能承受條件下的經(jīng)濟(jì)責(zé)任。
甲方與保證人因保證事項(xiàng)而發(fā)生糾紛時(shí)，經(jīng)雙方同意，可由甲方的上級(jí)主管部門裁決。 第十六條 本協(xié)議書(shū)自公證之日起生效，簽字各方保證遵照?qǐng)?zhí)行。有效期限至本協(xié)議書(shū)第十二條規(guī)定的工作年限期滿時(shí)止。

二、甲方義務(wù)

3、經(jīng)乙方書(shū)面提出，甲方可為乙方提供代買機(jī)票、安排接機(jī)、住宿等服務(wù)，由此所發(fā)生的費(fèi)用由乙方承擔(dān)；
4、就本協(xié)議委托事項(xiàng)，甲方應(yīng)與乙方及時(shí)、妥善溝通，并在收到與乙方申請(qǐng)有關(guān)的文件時(shí)及時(shí)通知乙方；
5、甲方有責(zé)任對(duì)乙方所提供的全部留學(xué)資料保密。
三、乙方義務(wù)
1、乙方需按照甲方要求配合進(jìn)行各項(xiàng)準(zhǔn)備工作（包括但不限于提供證明材料、簽字蓋章等），乙方應(yīng)保證其向甲方作出的陳述及提供的材料具備真實(shí)性；
2、除本協(xié)議另有約定外，此次留學(xué)申請(qǐng)所產(chǎn)生的費(fèi)用
均由乙方自行承擔(dān)（包括但不限于辦理公證、護(hù)照、體檢、使館審理等費(fèi)用，以及學(xué)校直接向乙方收取的費(fèi)用）。如需甲方墊付的，乙方應(yīng)當(dāng)與甲方憑票據(jù)實(shí)結(jié)算上述全部墊付費(fèi)用；
3、乙方應(yīng)當(dāng)按照甲方指示及時(shí)提供上述兩項(xiàng)所約定的材料、錢款。除甲方存在過(guò)錯(cuò)外，如因材料真實(shí)性、提交及時(shí)性導(dǎo)致本協(xié)議委托事項(xiàng)無(wú)法順利完成的，相應(yīng)的不利后果由乙方自行承擔(dān)；
4、乙方在接受甲方推薦的專業(yè)和學(xué)校之后，不得隨意更改。因乙方堅(jiān)持更換學(xué)�；�?qū)I(yè)所引起的費(fèi)用及損失由乙方承擔(dān)；

四、協(xié)議的終止、解除及附隨義務(wù)
1、本協(xié)議至甲方全部完成委托事務(wù)且乙方完成全部付款義務(wù)之日終止；經(jīng)甲、乙雙方協(xié)商一致，并就協(xié)議項(xiàng)下事務(wù)的處理及費(fèi)用的支付另行達(dá)成書(shū)面協(xié)議的，可以解除本協(xié)議。
2、鑒于甲方未就上述委托事項(xiàng)向乙方預(yù)收任何費(fèi)用，故除存在法律明確規(guī)定的情形外，乙方不得單方解除本協(xié)議。如乙方單方面提出解除本協(xié)議的，應(yīng)當(dāng)向甲方書(shū)面提出，并向甲方支付人民幣 元作為對(duì)于其前期工作的補(bǔ)償。
3、本協(xié)議的最長(zhǎng)期限不超過(guò) 年，自雙方簽字蓋章之日起算。當(dāng)甲方就需要乙方配合的事項(xiàng)以書(shū)面、郵件、短信等方式明確提出后乙方不予回應(yīng)或配合，并由此導(dǎo)致委托事項(xiàng)無(wú)法繼續(xù)進(jìn)行或超出上述協(xié)議期限時(shí)，應(yīng)視為乙方以消極手段解除合同，乙方應(yīng)就此向甲方支付人民幣 元作為對(duì)于其前期工作的補(bǔ)償。
4、本協(xié)議終止或解除后，雙方仍需對(duì)其所知曉的對(duì)方信息予以保密（包括但不限于身份信息、留學(xué)資料、客戶資料、辦事規(guī)程等），否則應(yīng)賠償對(duì)方由此所造成的損失。
五、特別條款
甲方幫助乙方獲得學(xué)生簽證即視為本協(xié)議委托事項(xiàng)完成，乙方應(yīng)當(dāng)按約向甲方履行付款義務(wù)。非因甲方原因?qū)е乱曳讲荒苋缙谌雽W(xué)，甲方不予退費(fèi)。
乙方尚未成年或不具備支付能力的，前述委托費(fèi)用或解除合同補(bǔ)償金由乙方的法定監(jiān)護(hù)人承擔(dān)。
六、其他約定 。
七、附則
1、本協(xié)議未盡事宜，可由雙方另行訂立書(shū)面補(bǔ)充協(xié)議。如有爭(zhēng)議，雙方應(yīng)協(xié)商解決；協(xié)商不成的，任何一方均可向甲方所在地人民法院提起訴訟；

After a careful and thorough search, I have decided to seek admission to the University of Alberta in Canada.
