她的英語(yǔ)顯然沒(méi)有問(wèn)題,回答得看似不錯(cuò),但是仔細(xì)聽(tīng)聽(tīng),沒(méi)有很切點(diǎn)。她是根據(jù)自己在門(mén)店里面工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)來(lái)回答:品牌產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量好,不能輕易降價(jià),所有的店的價(jià)格都要保持一致,如果降價(jià),其他客戶(hù)有意見(jiàn)。她沒(méi)有能夠根據(jù)我設(shè)定的場(chǎng)景是工廠(chǎng)的事實(shí)來(lái)回答。如果我們有門(mén)店英語(yǔ)銷(xiāo)售,可以考慮她。如果應(yīng)聘批發(fā)模式(B2B)的'英語(yǔ)業(yè)務(wù)人員,她顯然回答得不夠好,即使如此,仍然比之前兩個(gè)都好了很多,有很大的可能性獲得錄取。

林同學(xué),最后進(jìn)來(lái)面試,沒(méi)有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),是應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生,但是,挺讓我感覺(jué)意外,因?yàn)樗幕卮鹩胁簧倭咙c(diǎn),顯得很老到,以下是我和她的對(duì)話(huà)節(jié)選:
Higher: Could you please offer us at a lower price? yours is really high, it is almost twice of the other suppliers', I can't accept such price.
Miss Lin: No, Sir, the price depends on the quality. You can find the differences with regards to the quality. I will show you soon.
說(shuō)完,她做出一個(gè)動(dòng)作,把兩張紙遞交給我,意思是兩件不同的東西。
Higher:Yes, it is different, but just a little bit, why this one has a higher price ? Please cut down more so that I can accpet it .
Miss Lin:Okay, we try to , but could you please tell us how many units do you need ?
Higher: About 1000 units.
Miss Lin: Could you please add your quantity, if you can buy more than 2000 units, we can consider selling you at the price your offered.
Higher: We don't need too many this time, it is just a trial order, if we can sell well in the USA market, I'm sure we will place big order monthly.
Miss Lin:What you said really makes sense,thanks !but the fact here is that we have to face the problem of the increasing labor cost and material cost. So, if possible, could you please add 2 USD for each.
Higher:Okay, I will consider that.
我對(duì)她的回答很滿(mǎn)意:英語(yǔ)表達(dá)流利,最關(guān)鍵的是,懂得全方位,多角度闡述理由,回答很切點(diǎn)。我問(wèn)她,為什么懂得這樣回答,她說(shuō)在學(xué)校的時(shí)候,老師有組織模擬過(guò)很多類(lèi)似的場(chǎng)景訓(xùn)練。她的簡(jiǎn)歷上面顯示,她畢業(yè)的學(xué)校只是一個(gè)普通的二本,我覺(jué)得她們的老師有眼界,負(fù)責(zé)任。同時(shí)我心里想,即使是以前工作了兩年的我,未必可以像她這樣回答。所以,應(yīng)屆生也不必怕找不到工作,關(guān)鍵是要修煉好自己的內(nèi)在能力,只要能力練出來(lái)了,機(jī)會(huì)還是很多的。
